We offer weight management support through the Diet and Fitness Center and the Health and Fitness Center. Each offers personalized and customizable approaches to weight loss closely monitored by medical professionals or exercise physiologists.
Physical activity and fitness are integral to mind and body well-being. Physical activity supports your health in maintaining weight, blood pressure, reducing lipids, releasing stress, and improving mood and focus. Developing a sustainable, appealing plan that meets your needs and keeps you strong, flexible, balanced, and happy is ideal. There are many ways to enjoy physical activity and fitness such as: participate in group exercise classes, use the fitness center, swim in the pool, walk on the outdoor track, or work one-on-one with an exercise physiologist to help optimize your health and well-being.
Our individualized nutrition services are utilized to treat specific health conditions, manage weight healthfully, and to attain optimal vitality through a wholesome diet. Our nutritionists understand that getting on the right path toward your health goals is a process that requires support, adjustment, and taking small steps to make lasting and positive changes. Work with a nutritionist to discover the connection between food, movement, stress, and rest and make strategic changes to your diet that will help you achieve your goals.

Leadership Program in Health & Well-Being
The Leadership Program in Health and Well-Being is a one-year, online leadership development and business mentoring program includes three in-person Immersions, a personalized mentorship experience with faculty from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and an opportunity to work with a Duke-trained health coach. You’ll learn from world-renowned faculty the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, launch and lead a health and well-being program and lead transformative change.
Integrative Health Coach Professional Training
Participants learn how to engage and empower others in making sustainable lifestyle changes to achieve their optimal health and well-being. Based in behavioral theory, research, and clinical experience, our health coach training provides the knowledge, skills, and experiential practice to prepare graduates to transform lives.
Dive into better health and well-being with workshops, programs, and events designed to help you thrive and feel your best. Our public programs are available to everyone and focus on the development of skills and practices to optimize your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. These classes include topics such as Healing Yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Managing Chronic Pain.
